General Terms
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing eveaf.digital or engaging Eveaf Digital for video production services, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. These terms apply to visitors and contracted clients in South Korea and internationally unless a signed statement of work states otherwise.
2. Services description
Eveaf Digital provides marketing video production, including explainers, product demos, short-form clips, testimonial edits, motion packages, and publishing support as described in individual packages and statements of work. Informational prices on the website are not binding offers until confirmed in writing.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, accurate brand materials, lawful content, and necessary access (product sandboxes, footage, approvals). Delays caused by missing assets may shift delivery dates. Clients are responsible for rights to materials they supply and for testimonial releases.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the statement of work. Eveaf Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless restricted by NDA. Pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how remain Eveaf property. Third-party assets (music, stock) are licensed as stated in delivery docs.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Eveaf Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or campaign performance. Aggregate liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do shall have primary jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project per the statement of work. Work completed to the termination date is invoiced. Deposits and cancellation terms follow the Money-Back Policy and project agreements. Eveaf may suspend site access for abuse or unlawful use.
8. Modifications
We may update these General Terms with a revised last-updated date. Material changes affecting active projects will be communicated to contracted clients. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of updated terms for browsing users.
